REFUND POLICY

Because we offer a custom product/service, to be eligible for a refund you need to cancel your order before work begins. If work has begun on your order, but has not yet shipped/mailed, we will refund that portion of your purchase.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and it has not been received, please contact us at order@PlanetNewsletter.com.
